Prepare to join the next generation of storytellers, brand strategists, and media innovators. Grounded in Miles College’s proud legacy of HBCU excellence, you'll learn to craft messages that inform and inspire — messages that influence people across communities and cultures.

As a Communications major, you can choose a concentration in Integrated Public Relations, Digital Journalism, or Graphic Design.  Whether you dream of anchoring the news, producing documentaries, or managing social media campaigns, our program helps you master the art and science of effective communication in today’s digital world.

“It’s because of my teachers that I’ve had the internships and opportunities they think will help me reach my goals. They’re always putting us in positions for success.”
