To All SUPERVISORS AND FULL-TIME STAFF EMPLOYEES:
2012-13 Full-time Staff Performance Reviews
are due in the Office of Human Resources no later than Friday, May 24, 2013.
Each full-time staff employee must complete a self-review form and a final review.
THANK YOU TO THOSE DEPARTMENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCESS.
The Performance Review (for non-teaching full-time staff) employees process is as follows:
1. First, each full-time staff employee should complete the attached Self-Review Form and forward it to your supervisor.
2. Secondly, your supervisor should complete the final Performance Review Form- with your completed self-review in mind.
3. Finally, a session should be set-up between the supervisor and the employee to review the final Performance Review Form and discuss your performance goals for the upcoming year 2013-14. All forms must be signed and dated when completed.
All completed final Performance Review Forms, along with the Self Review Forms must be forwarded to the Office of Human Resources no later than Friday, May 24, 2013.
