Miles College Academic Scholarship Program

Miles College recognizes those incoming freshman and Community College graduates with excellent academic records and outstanding promise. We do this by offering a limited number of renewable academic scholarships. Academic Scholarships are on a first accept bases and are not redeemable as cash. The College’s Academic basis are awarded as supplementary funds, applied to the student’s indebtedness after all other assistance has been determined.
Academic Scholarships are awarded for a period of one academic year (none months) and divided into two equal payments. Scholarship are renewable for three academic years for incoming freshmen and one academic year for Community College graduate. Provided the recipient maintains continuous enrollment of no less than 15 hours per semester and maintains the required cumulative grade point average, if applicable (GPA). Students who fail to maintain the required GPA will forfeit their academic scholarship award.
Students seeking financial assistance, including scholarships and grants through the college are required to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) at www.fafsa.gov.
Eligible incoming high school graduates and community college graduates are required to submit:
- Miles College Application for Admissions
- Completed Scholarship Application
- High School or Community College Transcript
- ACT and/or SAT scores (Not required for Community College transfer students)
- Updated FASFA Application, including Miles as an anticipated school for attendance
To be considered for a scholarship, submit all of the required information and forward the scholarship application, transcript and most recent test scores, if applicable, to our Email.
