Ask A Librarian Email Policies

• The Kirkendoll Learning Resources Center offers email reference to all who wish to use it.
• While email can be sent 24 hours a day, we will answer emails weekdays 8:00am-5:00pm excluding holidays. We will do our best to answer questions as soon as possible. You will receive a response within 48 hours from the receipt of the question.

Request for brief factual information or statistics such as "What is the population of Montgomery, Alabama?"	Request for legal, medical or financial advice.
Questions about the availability of books, journals, or other resources in our Library.	Requests that include copies of books or articles.
Suggestions on where to start your research.	Questions that require extensive research.
Questions about using electronic or other Library resources.	Questions that require us to interpret information.
