United Negro College Fund Scholarships(UNCF)

This is the largest scholarship fund available to prospective/ continuing students at Miles College. All recipients of scholarships through this source must have a 2.5 GPA or above and must have a demonstrated need. Names of eligible recipients are submitted annually by the Financial Aid Office to the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Headquarters for consideration of scholarship assistance. Selection at the UNCF office is done by a random selection process. Many of the scholarships offered are renewable.

New students applying for such scholarships must submit an application for admissions, their academic transcript’s, and SAT or ACT scores to the College. In addition, each new as well as continuing applicant must complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid listing Miles College as a recipient of a copy of the report. Applicants must complete a scholarship application form, which may be obtained by writing to the Miles College Admissions Director.
