I greet you in the name of Jesus the Christ, my redeemer and Lord. We rejoice in what God is doing through us as we share the Gospel message to the world. Lives are being changed, relationships are being restored, and many are being reconciled to God through Jesus the Christ.
|
|
| |
As we continue to fulfill the divine iperative to preach the Gospel and build a better humanity, it is my prayer that God will bless you as you walk in the assurance of His redemptive work in Jesus the Christ.

Chapel Forum (Chapel) |

College Forum is an important part of a student’s total education and is a graduation requirement. All freshman and sophomores must attend College Forum each semester for a total of four (4) consecutive semesters. During each semester, students must attend at least twenty (20) assemblies to earn an “S,” otherwise, they will receive a grade of “U.” If students fail to earn four (4) grades of “S,” one for each semester, they must then perform makeup work in the form of thirty-five (35) hours of community service and a seven page research paper.
Non-traditional students who attend only evening classes or day students whose jobs persistently prevent chapel forum attendance must obtain a letter from their employers at the beginning of each semester and file this letter with the Dean of Chapel in order to be exempted from chapel attendance. A copy of the letter for each year must also be filed with the Office of Academic Records by the Dean of Chapel. (Miles College 2006-2009 Catalog Page 62) |
